Admantec relies on most advanced production equipment and software systems in its production processes.

We place great value upon the control of our processes and establish a general quality assurance for every stage of production.

All used materials and processes are tested and authorized. For this purpose we carry out tests of material in-house and in specialized material-laboratories.

CAD/CAM software

The CAD/CAM software Magics realizes the preparation and manufacturing of the build job for the machine.

The preparation involves

Import und placing of the components in the building space
Defining of the technology parameters
Generate stock material and supports
Generating layers

Subsequently the build job is created and made available for the production machine.

Powder - Handling

The excess powder is sifted by the screening machine Retsch AS200 and analyzed by the EasySieve Software.

Therefore, flawless powder in a defined mixing ratio can be reused for the manufacturing of further components.
